Fallon Bader MS RDN

Fallon Bader, MS, RDN is the founder and owner of The Sprouting Kitchen, a cooking class that combines concepts of culinary arts, nutrition education, and local and sustainable food systems. Through The Sprouting Kitchen, Fallon works with local farmers surrounding Albuquerque, New Mexico, to provide immersive cooking classes on site that encourage a sense of community.  Participants will typically harvest, cook, and share meals together. Through these classes, Fallon aims to empower people to create meals that are not only delicious but healthy while supporting local, sustainable food systems.

Join us for a morning of fun as Fallon leads us in a virtual cooking class from the comfort of your own home! We will be preparing a seasonal dish for which you will receive ingredients lists prior to the event. Whether you are a beginner or professional chef, this class is for you! Be prepared to eat, drink, and be merry with your community of RDs, NDTRs, and Dietetics Students/Interns.
